KinGlyph
How KinGlyph works
Someone in your family set up these stickers so you can get help with things around the house, whenever you need it.
Stick one on the thing you need help with.
The TV remote, the thermostat, the washing machine — anything that gives you trouble.
Point your phone’s camera at the sticker.
Tap the link that appears on the screen.
Ask your question.
Write a few words, take a photo, or record a short video. Then tap Send.
Wait for your answer.
Someone in your family will record a video showing you how to do it.
Scan the same sticker again.
Your answer will be waiting there, any time you need it.
Say whether it helped.
Under the answer are three buttons. If it did not cover what you needed, tap one of them and ask for more — the same way you asked the first time.
Questions about your phone or computer
Some things have nowhere to put a sticker — finding a file you downloaded, or using an app. For those, use your home page: a page your family made just for you, with all your answers on it.
To ask, open your home page and tap Ask a question on this device, then ask the same way as with a sticker. It will tell you which numbered sticker now belongs to your question — keep that sticker off your things.
Its address never changes, so you only need to save it once:
- iPhone or iPad: tap the Share button (a square with an arrow), then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: tap the menu (three dots), then Add to Home screen.
- Computer: press Ctrl and D together (⌘ and D on a Mac) to bookmark it.
Don’t have your home page? Ask the person who gave you the stickers to send it to you.
Please don’t send photos of bank cards, passwords, or medical papers.
If a sticker isn’t working, tell the person who gave them to you.
