Setting it up for someone

Five steps, and you only do four of them once. The person you are setting this up for needs no account, no password and no app — they point a camera at a sticker.

  1. Print the sheet

Your Glyphs are made the moment your plan starts — numbered, and ready on one sheet. Print it on label paper, or on ordinary paper and cut them out.

  2. Hand them over

Give them the stickers and let them put one on whatever gives them trouble: the remote, the thermostat, the washing machine. Nobody has to decide in advance what each one is for.

  3. A question arrives

The first scan of a sticker asks what they need — a few words, a photo, or a short video. It lands in your Questions, and your phone can tell you the moment it does.

  4. Answer it once

Record a video from your phone or laptop, or add a photo and draw a circle around the right button. Either is a fine answer, and both together are often better. A video writes its own transcript and a numbered list of steps, which you can correct.

  5. The sticker answers from then on

Every scan of that Glyph plays what you recorded, for as long as it is stuck there. Asked again a month later, they get the answer instead of ringing you.

Worth knowing before you start

You never have to guess

You are not filming twenty tutorials in advance. You answer what was actually asked, when it is asked, and nothing else.

Photos from their home stay private

What they send is seen only by you, never on the sticker’s page, and deleted once the question is answered — never kept longer than 90 days. The privacy policy says it plainly.

One page they can keep

Besides the stickers there is a single page listing every answer as a big button, to bookmark or pin to their home screen.

Your video writes its own steps

A few minutes after you record, KinGlyph has written down what you said and turned it into short, numbered steps under the video — for following along, or printing. Change any word, or rewrite the steps from your corrections.

You hear about it, and whether it helped

A notification says which sticker and who asked. Under every answer they can tap “Yes, this helped” or ask for a bit more, so a missing step comes back to you instead of going quiet.

If a sticker gets ruined

Print that one again. The code has not changed, so the same answer is behind it — no new sticker, nothing to set up twice.

Start with three, free

Three Glyphs, no card, no time limit — enough to answer three real things and see whether it gets used. A paid plan starts with 30 free days.
